This policy explains what personal information Blank Express (blankexpress.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, company, shipping address and the items you buy.
- Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure page — we never see or store your full card number.
- Account details if you create one (your password is stored hashed).
- Messages you send through the Contact page or chat assistant, including photos you attach and your preferred contact method.
- Basic usage and device data (pages viewed, browser, error reports) to keep the site fast and working.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and improve the store. If you start checkout and don't finish, we may send up to three reminder emails about your cart.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the store: our apparel supplier and its warehouses (to ship your order), UPS (delivery), Stripe (payments), our email provider, hosting and database providers, Google (address verification) and our AI chat provider (to answer support messages). We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for your cart and login, plus privacy-friendly analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work.
Your choices & rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on your state (for example California, Virginia or Colorado), you may have additional rights; we honor those requests. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), payments are handled by Stripe, and access to order data is limited to staff who need it.
