Blank Express ships to US addresses from 9 warehouses across the country. At checkout we check live stock, pick the warehouse closest to your address that can ship your order, and show the shipping price and estimated delivery date before you pay.
Where orders ship from
Seattle WA · Reno NV · Phoenix AZ · Dallas TX · Minneapolis MN · Cincinnati OH · Robbinsville NJ · Richmond VA · Jacksonville FL.
Most orders ship complete from a single warehouse. If one item isn't in stock there, your order may ship from the next closest warehouse or, occasionally, in two shipments — you'll see this at checkout and receive a tracking number for every box.
Processing time
Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern (10 AM Pacific) on a business day usually leave the warehouse the same day. Later orders, and orders placed on weekends or federal holidays, ship the next business day.
Carriers & services
All orders ship with UPS. Choose UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air at checkout. UPS Ground typically delivers in 1–5 business days depending on distance from the warehouse.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates based on UPS transit times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates
Free UPS Ground shipping on orders of $299 or more (after discounts, before tax) shipped to the contiguous United States.
Below that, the live UPS rate for your order's weight and destination is shown at checkout. Expedited services are always charged at the rate shown.
We ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC) only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO addresses can't be ordered at checkout; contact us for a quote. We do not ship outside the United States from this site.

You'll receive an email with UPS tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page or ask our chat assistant.

Address accuracy
Addresses are verified with USPS data at checkout. Please include apartment, suite or unit numbers. Once an order has shipped we can't change the address; if a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows delivered but you didn't receive it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours through the Contact page or the chat assistant and we'll open a claim with UPS and make it right.
