Orders

An order is accepted when payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item becomes unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or the order is flagged for fraud review and can't be verified.

Prices & quantity discounts

All prices are in US dollars. Quantity-tier prices (1-11, 12-35 and 36+ pieces) are based on the total number of pieces in your cart at checkout. Prices can change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Sales tax is calculated where applicable and shown on the payment page before you pay.

Stock

Stock levels are live from our warehouses and checked again at checkout, but they can change quickly. If an item sells out after you order, we'll contact you to substitute or refund that item.

Product information

Product descriptions, images, measurements and colors come from the manufacturers. Colors can look different on screens and slight variations between dye lots are normal. Spec sheets are provided for sizing; please check them before ordering.

Brand restrictions

Products are sold as blank goods. You may not resell blank items purchased here on third-party marketplaces under the manufacturer's brand where the manufacturer prohibits it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decoration costs or lost profits.
